The Rebound
I didn't give fitness another shot until a year later, a close friend of mine (you know who you are) saw that I was struggling and decided to drag me out of my comfort zone and into the gym, a place I had never been. He challenged me, and if he hadn't, I wouldn't have stuck with it. I got bit by the bug, and never stopped after that!

My Goal: To Help You Reach Yours
At first, I did it for me.
These pictures don't show all of the times I had failed, all of the setbacks, injuries, adjustments and tweaks. They don't show the time spent figuring out what was right, wrong, optimal or efficient. It wasn't until I took a friend of mine through a few workouts that I realized that I didn't want to JUST do this for me anymore. I wanted to be able to help the next person avoid my mistakes. This fitness stuff is so damn confusing, so I want to be the person that I needed when I was lost. My goal is to help you reach yours, whether that means packing on muscle and getting huge, shedding fat so you no longer feel embarrassed at the pool, or just want to take back control and feel confident and strong.
